All Plans include sending fax from your email for one specified email address. Each email address used to send or receive requires an additional User Add on. All Plans except Email to Fax Only (F2E) provide each user with a Toll-Free number that can be used to direct faxes to that specific person All Plans except Email to Fax Only (F2E) provide each registered user with access to Fax through the web Portal available wherever there is internet access including smartphones To use this service with existing fax numbers requires porting those numbers to NetOfficePBX. This typically takes between 4 and 10 days Porting your number to us means no longer having to pay for a dedicated fax line at your location. To continue sending from your physical fax machine, purchase our FaxBridge device, which will pay for itself in about 9 months
