Option 1
Submit your Service Details including a list of all your phone numbers, using this form
Option 2
If you already provided NetOfficePBX all details of your current service, including a list of your numbers use Option 2 to upload your Signed Invoice.

Porting numbers is the process of transferring phone numbers from one provider to another.
Although it is not required to move your number to our network in order to use our service, we recommend doing so as it will result in savings to you and allow us to provide you with additional features such as enabling Text Messaging.
Toll free numbers, local USA/Canada and even International numbers can be ported to our network
Our LNP (Local Number Portability) Department handles the porting process and will provide timely updates via email regarding the process. You will receive emails when information has been submitted to the losing carrier, when a porting date (the FOC Date) has been received, and finally, when the port has completed.
Option 1 - All Service Details
To move your numbers (Port) we will need you to provide all details of your current Service, even those numbers and Services you don't wish to move at this time.
Typically, Porting takes 7 -10 work days however we do not have control of this schedule; it is determined by the losing carrier.
Any inaccurate information can delay this process so please be as accurate as possible

Use the Form Below to Submit your information. You find all the answers you need to fill out the form on the Phone Bill of your current provider.
In additional you will need to upload a SIGNED copy of the most recent Bill in preparation to move your service from your old telephone provider to your New Phone System
